I just got my Curve activated at Verizon and they transferred my contact list over which is great. But, My contact on my cell phone were listed as John A Smith and when they transferred the contacts to my BB, they now appear as A. Smith John.

How do I change the sort back to the original way...John A Smith?

Open your address book. Then select menu button---options---general options---sort by---and save
