Hello, my Blackberry Curve 8330 has this problem where SOMETIMES the backlight does not turn on during an incoming call. The screen just stays black and the LED blinks and the phone vibrates (I'm using BuzzMe), but the screen stays black so I do not know who is calling.

Can anybody tell me what the problem is? Is it a faulty screen?

And if it is a faulty screen, will my local Verizon store do anything about it to fix it or replace it, since it only happens sometimes and it might work fine when I take it into the store?
