i have a blackberry curve 8310 with the latest v4.5 OS. something is very wrong...cant hear the ringers for text/sms/email/bbm..pretty much anything and my profile is set to "normal" which has all my normal rings. phone will also not connect to speakerphone and when you make a call it usually makes a little "beep beep" noise...but it doesnt do that anymore. now i am forced to keep my profile to "vibrate" just so that i can hear all my notifications.

i did a battery pull and it still doesnt work. this blackberry is also a new one that my carrier (rogers) sent me because my old one was an apparent "hardware malfunction"

can someone help me troubleshoot?

Try resending your service books by logging in to your BIS site.

i have also encoutered another problem...when i go to "profiles" and you know how you can preview ringers...it wont let me do that either! horrible! someone please help

yeah...just tried it. speakerphone doesnt work and the speaker doesn't work as well, i cant play music what should i do now?

If your BB is less than 12 mos old, take it in for a warranty exchange through your carrier.

Reload you OS. If that does not work, contact your carrier for a replacement.
