is the speaker phone attached to the chassis? and if so how much trouble was it to remove it and place it in your new chassis?

Changed my housing about a month ago, all black SWEET, and you do not have to mess with the speaker!! Just be careful about the two tabs midway on the phone on the sides, after you remove the screws these are the only things holding the faceplate on!! Hope this helps.
