My blackberry curve 8330 shuts off by itself n the middle of phone calls. The red light comes on then it reboots by itself. Is this some sort of virus? Do I need a new battery? Can it be fixed online somehow through troubleshooting? Someone please let me know via reply or my email: [email protected]

We would need a little more info. What is your free file memory at? When did this start happening? Did you add any applications or anything around when this started happening. Does it happen any other time then when your on a call? We'll see if we can help you outta this.

First, what OS are you running? Reply by typing myver in the.text field.

Do you have a media card in your Curve? Have you used it to save pics?

What is your file free memory available. Options>Status, copy your file free number here.

Do you belong to any BBM groups? If so, do you receive pics?

How old is your Curve?

Mine do the same exact thing... I have tried 3 different OS at this point removing all the apps.. taken the memory card out.. Without fail everytime I make a call it does it everytime I have an extended call.
