Hi there. My new Curve is in the mail, so I'm browsing these wonderful forums in anticipation. One thing that's got me a little worried is the dust under the screen issue. I need to carry it in my pocket, rather than on a holster. There seems to be several different threads on the topic, but I can't really single out a case/skin/screen protector setup that will eliminate the problem.

I am thinking about going with this screen protector:

    and this skin case:

Would those two things cover whatever gap allows the dust in?

Would this case be any better than the one above?

Thanks in advance for any help

In my opinion the Seidio is the best available. I dont believe it is possible to completely remove dust entering the screen, but be aware it doesnt happen all the time. I heavily use my BB and i dont have a dust issue. I dont feel the skins are as good.

I do however take the back off and clean the speaker area as this is an easier place to gather dirt, however its also to clean....

I've had my BB almost 2wks now and I already have dust on right side of screen. And I do use a holster.

I have the skin ordered from this site (not the Seido version) and it's worked well for me. I constantly store my Curve in my pocket and I have had no issues or dust.
