I am having trouble installing the software that was included with my 8300. I've even tried downloading it from the BB website and still no luck. Any suggestions?
Are you talking about the Desktop Manager? If yes, what error, if any, are you getting? Did you have a previous version installed? If yes, uninstal that first, then install the new one...
I am having problems with it too!!! The software loaded (really slowly) and the program runs but incredibly slow. Its not my computer, all other programs are running fine, when I look at the CPU ussage the Blackberry Manager takes up a ton of memory. Is there something wrong with my software?? Has anyone else had these problems??
