    I got a message from my gmail... an ad from some place. and it looked just like the old email..

    i'm on 4.5.0.46 and i thought t-mobile had updated to full HTML email. so why am i not getting it

    You may need to go into your Email settings and enable HTML. If that doesn't work you could login to your carrier BIS and resend your service books.

    Do u have a BB email? Resend the article from gmail to it. Also if u receive it and dont see the images display, hue the menu button and select display image.
