Desktop Manager 4.5 ....... It has a list of multilanguage with/without media manager ? If I chose the Multilanguage with media manager, It'll be ok right ?

Multilanguage is a-ok. With or without the media manager is totally up to you. If you don't actually need the media manager, I'd suggest you download without - it's a much smaller download.
