You can use AutoText. I'm not aware of any 3rd party apps for SMS but maybe someone else knows of one. For AutoText, go to Options > AutoText > MenuKey > New, and create your signature and the shortcut you want to use to generate it. Remember that SMS is limited to 160 characters including your signature.
