Hey guys, my SMS/MMS/BBM/Message won't open on my 8330 on 5.0. I tried changing the theme, doing battery pulls, nothing has work. Anyone know how to fix this?

When I try to open SMS/MMS/Message, I either do not get a response, or get an error message saying

Uncaught exception:
Application
net_rim_bb_messaging_app(75) is not responding;
process terminated

Check your file free. If you are running extremely low on memory it could be the cause.

File free is at ~20MB

Press and hold alt and type lglg. Open the Event Log and press menu and select Clear Log then do whatever it is that causes the exception error then reopen the Event Log and an error should be listed with the name of the cause. It may be a recent update or new app or theme causing the error. Happy hunting!
