A friend of mine has a curve. He is middle aged and his eyesight is going, so I showed him how to make the text on his bold larger. However is it possible to make the icons larger as well?

This may be a theme issue- is there a "large print/large icon" theme out there?

I don't know if I quality as "middle aged" but my eyes aren't working as well as they used to (!) and I was wondering this myself....
