I have just bought the blackberry curve 8310 but while trying to take out the sim card the slot came off and now the phone wont recognize the sim card any suggestions please thanks!!

If there is a hardware problem with your device, you should call your carrier or go to one of their stores and take the issue up with them.

you should go to a device support center for AT&T and they should swap out your phone. but it is also considered phys damage, regardless of how it happened
