Are you looking to backup all your data so that you can transfer it to another BlackBerry? Your SIM card can't do this as it's read only. You can use Desktop Manager to transfer your data from one BlackBerry to another. If you are migrating to another brand of phone, you'll have to manually transfer your contacts.... by hand.
