While my phone is on silent the LED light won't flash to let me know about messages. Any way to change that?

go into that profile, by first being in that profile, go to profiles>advanced>active>then go to sms and change the repeat notifiaction to "led flashing" do that for each type of message you want to see flashing

After I go to advanced and click on the active which is the paratheses beside Off, I get new profile, new exception, show ring tones, and full menu.

Under full menu is all of the above, with help and switch application.

Are you setting it to the "silent" profile or the "off" profile? The off profile doesn't show led notifications, but the silent profile should
