Hi. Using the Curve 8320 with T-Mobile and setup my company signature on Tmobile website and then tried on my phone through a short cut. I am having problems either way when I reply or forward an email on my BB. My signature runs together with my email instead of keeping info on each line below my email. What am I doing wrong or should be doing? Same problem occurring with my friend's Curve 8320 with AT&T.
Thanks for the suggestion. Actually, I tried that and it still happens. My name, title, company name, etc. start right after the body of the email and looks like one long sentence....
I think I have your fix.
Go to options>owner.
Type your name and fill in the information like you would have your signature set up. Then go to
options>autotext>sig
leave the replace field alone then go to the with field. Hit
menu>use macros>owner name.
Then hit enter.
Then hit
Menu>use macros>owner information
I also chose to put my phone number on mine as well. Just be sure to hit enter between each macro.
Save it and go to memo. Type sig and press space. Here is mine.
