    So I reformated my SD card, I redid the software update.. and they're sending me ANOTHER new phone.. It crashes ALL the time, and sometimes it just won't turn back on.. but when I hook it up to a power source, it works fine. Wtf?

    Radioshack may have one, but isnt there an AT&T store close to you? I would think it would be a guarantee they would have one.

    I compared prices.. ATT = $45 Radio Shack = $50.

    And ATT is closed and the people that work at those stores are pricks. lol.

    Also, check to see if you have a Battery Plus store near you. They have a ton of batteries at wholesale prices. Good luck!
