When I go to Setup Internet Email - I get error: The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link privided to you by your service provider.

When I spoke with T-Mobile they said it was an outage, however on other BB devices I can access the page fine.

Try logging in to the BIS page from a computer and setup your account that way.

Try a battery pull, then use the Email Settings or Email Setup icon. Keep us posted.

Thanks for the suggestion. I started working last nite. I went on TMobile site and switched my phone to a different one and back to the one I own .. not sure if this was related to it starting working it not, but it is.

Sounds like Tmo didn't have the data setup right. Glad it all worked out in the end.
