Is there a way to delete certain service books permanently? I have deleted service books off my device, but when I go to BIS, and tell it to resend the service books, it puts the stupid AIM and Yahoo service books back on my device. Is there a way to delete them from the BIS?
These are pushed by the carrier, and will reappear whenever you restart the device, even if you've deleted them. Best thing to do is add a folder to your desktop, drag and drop the icons into the folder, then hide the folder.
Outa sight, outa mind. The icons don't take any real memory, they're just clutter.
Delete 'em all you want, they keep coming back. Follow the above, you'll be better off.
