    How do you resend service books through the BB? I know it's probably been answered. Thanks!

    Email Settings icon > Service Books > Send Service Books.

    Oh, you're on Sprint... someone said the BB is set-up differently on Sprint. You either need to call Sprint CS, or log on to your BIS site.
