anybody have this experience before and how to get rid of it
The reason for this is that when you installed the Desktop manager software, you probably choose the Enterprise option not the internet service option. So your blackberry thinks that the emails need to go through an exchange server.
You will need to uninstall your Dm and install with the BIS option and then delete your CMIME service books and then reset your Service books from your myblackberry website.
