Every time I try to send a pic from my Curve, whether it's an MMS or an e-mail ect it either takes forever or freezes up my phone. It has been this way since the begining when I bought the thing. Is this normal? I haven't upgraded my OS, in fact, it came w/ OS 4.5.0.66. Is there anything I can do? This is driving me nuts...so much so that I just don't send pics normally. Thanks!

Yeah, I end up having to pull the battery because it freezes up...and then I just give up.

I've been having this issue ever since I got my Curve. Every once in a while it doesn't take forever. I think I just got used to it.

I haven't had issues with pics. You're on the latest OS?

What size are the pictures your sending?

    1600x1200?
    1024x768?
    640x480?

I use to send a lot of pictures until I found out how much they were. Sometimes it they would send within minutes, other times it would take hours, and sometimes even a day or so.

I was having the same problem, I just changed the picture size and the picture quality in the camera options. Now they send alot faster.

I only send 640x480; esp if I am web posting them. No one needs a humungous pic overtaking the screen. I just chalked it up to the cam app being slow since it functioned the same way when I was using 4.3.

There is a free program called shrink it. It will resize the picture so it is easier to send. I don't remember where I got it so google it.

That was happening to me so I called my carrier (T-mobile), they did a few troubleshooting techniques and its been working fine ever since.
