What I did when I got a new card was attach my bb to my comp with the usb cable as a usb mass storage device. Then I created a file on my comps desk top and xsfrd everything to the folder. Then I switched the cards. Formatted the new one. Reattached the bb via the cable, and xsfrd the stuff back to the new card

If you have sd card readers and two different usb ports available on your pc you could transfer them from one to the other. Don't forget to format that new card before putting pics on it. Diva had a good suggestion also. There are several different ways to do this...
