My blackberry curve had a bottle of beer spilled on it. I did the whole rice thing for a day. When I put the battery back in, the white screen comes on, then the verizon screen. When the "verifying security software" comes on, it only stays on for about 3 seconds. I can see my home screen, and I can see that I have e-mail and texts. Then the screen goes black and won't come back. The red light blinks showing that I have messages. When someone calls, the screen does come back on, but I can't answer the phone. When the screen goes black again, I cannot get it to light up again by pressing any buttons. Does anyone have any suggestions or is my phone dead?
