    My screen usually goes black when out of the case and idle for more than 30 seconds. Now, it won't do that....so, the screen is lit the entire time the device is out of the holster like when it is charging. Any ideas?

    Have you checked the backlight settings on the screen/keyboard menu.

    You should see at least 5 apps running that cannot be closed... Are you closing the browser properly by menu, close? It may be on a refreashing site. Nfl mobile on?

    Yep. NFL Mobile did that to my hubby's BB. Always close out your apps with "close" or "exit" instead of using the back key. NFL Mobile & Sprint Nav close funky.
