I keep my 8330 locked with no password. When a call comes in (and the phone is locked) the screen remains black, though the ring tone is audible and LED is blinking. I cannot get the screen to awake by hitting keys or trackball. All I can do is answer the phone and eventually the screen will awake and I can see who is calling. Any ideas?
