For my 50th birthday 3 weeks ago my wife bought me an 8310. This is my first cell phone ever. I love it. It does so much and is so user friendly. Yesterday at work my daughter called me and when I went to answere the screen was black. I had to take the battery out for a minute and when I installed it everything was fine. Any ideas on what went wrong. For a guy who has never owned a cell phone I now find I cannot do without it. Thanks for any help I can get....
