    I never, I mean never, use voice dialing. Is it safe to delete it to free up RAM?

    Yeah, I see no problem with deleting it. I never used it and I deleted it, and nothing bad has ever happened to my BB.

    The only problem you will have is that when you go to Options > About, nothing will happen.

    But you can get to a similar screen by pressing ALT SHIFT H.

    Thanks. Voice Dialing doesn't show up in Core or Add On, but the icon is still on my home screen. Weird.

    Hmm, well I put a hybrid on my curve, so it automatically deleted my VAD and my About screen still worked.
