I upgraded to 4.5 a couple days ago and I was trying to free up some space.

I noticed in the app list something called Email Setup Application. Can I delete this?

Also is it safe to delete the empty sample folders (pictures, mms, etc) located on my device when I use the Explore feature?

This is just a webpage link. It takes up practically no space. Hiding it is good enough. I do this with mine, but it's worth keeping just in case you need the link should your email mess up.

Have a look a some of the links in my sig and this link too How to Free Up Memory on your BlackBerry Smartphone | CrackBerry.com

Most memory saving techniques are done at Operating System installation time. CrackMem has a Help file that will also point you in the right direction.

What is your current File Free number in Options, Status?

Currently at 22280576 Bytes. I've heard people having over 30mb with more apps installed then I have.

I have a ton of apps and I run around 20 MB free. That is with my memory optimized. With you running 22 MB free, you are doing fine.
