I'm a longtime Treo user, who just switched to BB.
Roxio Media Manager has rendered the media functions of my T-Mobile Curve useless. For photos and MP3 it just closes itself up and disappears before I can transfer anything with it (in either direction). I'm running Windows XP on my desktop computer. There was nothing helpful on the Roxio, T-Mobile or BB sites that I could find.
Anyone else have this problem or (better yet) a solution? Thanks!
Just reinstalled the Desktop (from the T-Mobile site). Same problem. Another hour wasted. A few moments after I opened the folder view in Roxio Media Manager, it just vanished from my screen.
