Hey...i just reinstalled the .188 OS along with BBB78's v6 hybrid on my 8320 and while doing so, i shrunk out the default ringtones. Now in my profile settings, I cant set any audio to a number of things, most importantly, SMS and Windows Live Messenger. However, I can still edit the settings for Blackberry Messenger and the general phone alert (downloaded MP3's). Is there anyway I can work around this, mainly for my SMS ringtone..?
What are your trying to 'work around'? I don't understand your problem. Shrinking out ringtones saves a ton of space on your BB. Putting ringtones on your SD should have fixed you up with everything you need. What are you having problems with?
I know...but the thing is, on my profile, I cant change any of the options other than that for BBM and the phone itself...like say if I want to change the SMS alert, it wont enter the SMS menu to allow me to change it. I have no way to change it and I dont know why.
