I downloaded ringo about a week ago, as far as having individual ringtones and sms alerts it works well.
But I've been having some issues... sometimes I get an SMS alert.. and there is nothing there.
And then when I'm at work I don't want any sounds.. so I change the profile to a new profile I created.. called "work" where I have everything MUTED.. YET most of the time all the tones that I have set up for RINGO alert me.
Alsooo.. I don't like to be alerted if I have an IM on Jivetalk and it uses the text alert for jivetalk.
Does anybody else have these issues?

I have the same problem. It only uses one ringtone for all.
I have the profile off as it tells me to do. Any ideas??

Been using Ringo. It over rides your profiles (more precisely, it runs WITH your profiles). Use the silent profile to allow Ringo to run by itself. Then, when you want to change profiles, either disable ringo or make the changes within ringo. Unfortunately it does not control enough alerts, so it will not be complete.
