Hello- I'm new here. I just purchased a Blackberry 8330. I tried to set my alarm and there was no sound. Sound is on the device, it's not set to silent or anything. What am I missing. When I first tried setting it, it would preview the sounds, but then stopped. There is also no sound when I receive a new message or when the phone rings. I'm sure I'm just missing something.

Try a battery pull: with the device powered on, remove the battery for approx. 30 seconds, then re-insert and allow phone to reboot.

Just one of those glitches that happens. An OS update would more likely fix this issue if it continues to be problematic.
