When I try and get the pictures off of my device, from the folder on my computer they are only loading the top portions of them. I can't figure out if I need to do something different, or what I'm doing wrong. Help!

Are you using the mass storage mode or doing it through the media manager in Desktop Manager........of course either way should not produce the problem you are experiencing, but you might try the other method from what you did to see if that fixes the problem.
