    Wipe the device

    Options > Security Options > General Settings > Menu > Wipe Handheld

    Wiping it will remove all your data and settings, but it will not restore it to "out of the box" condition.

    You can install the original OS, replacing any files that were erased, that will bring it back to selecting the language default.
