How do I go about resending my service books on Sprint please?

Log into your BIS and hit resend service books. I do this for AT&T I assume it is the same process..

I received the message saying they will be sent in 20 mins, what happens when they are sent, do I even know i received them? will I have to click anything?

Lol.. No that means your emails will start being sent or updated in 20 minutes. If you got that message then your service books are sent.

Go to messages-options-enable html email and set it to yes
And while looking at an email, you have to select get images from the menu..

Ok, thank you that is working but resending service books didn't help with youtube. The whole reason I upgraded was to be able to watch streaming vids from m.youtube.com and i still get the same darn media type not supported error.
