I've replaced a Blackberry 8330 and am attempting to get my email account working though I'm receiving "Error! Your account has been suspended. Please contact your system administrator". I'm assuming the account is still linked to the old pin?
I can't seem to find a solution so I'm turning here to the experts - your assistance is much appreciated.
When Sprint registers the new phone on the network it appears to do screwy things with the BIS email login. Call 1-877-654-9111 and they can reset your account - about a 20 second process.
Once that is done you will need to log into the Sprint BIS site and update your PIN and ESN for the new phone. This should get your email working again.
