Hey,
I have the BB 8320 and the click ball is broken. Replacing the ball wont help,
I think I will have to do this:

My phone is JUST out of warranty to t-mobile wont do anything for me. I have have about 11 months left before I can get a decent price for a new phone.

Now there are some incentives for trading on the old blackberry, I think I can get to to $75 and then another $50.

My question is, should I wait for the new bold and get that?
Or should I get the 8530, though this does not have a 3.2 MP camera and no 3G.
I don't like the 8900 because it has a trackball, I don't want any blackberry that has a trackball.

By the way it's very annoying not being able to click enter, though I can get by by just pressing the enter button on the keyboard. However I can not operate like this for another 10 months.

Yes, that is the procedure to hopefully fix your problem. It will work only if the switch is dirty, and not totally gone.
