I set up her gmail and hotmail accts for email. I never had a problem with hotmail, but for some reason when deleting from her hotmail acct. it doesn't give the option to delete from both phone and box? The gmail however, does?
Go to the blackberry email setup page on your comp dependong on what service you have.
Go to the email section and edit the hotmail info. Down bottom there should be a synchronize button, check it off and then it will give you that option on the phone.
The email setup page you can just google (your carrier) blackberry email setup and that should bring you to it
