I travel frequently to my hometown (actually it's a farm in a very rural area).
Dumb phones always got excellent reception.
With the Storm, I had to stand in certain spots in the house (near a window) or outside in certain spots in the yard to get good reception.
Ditched the Storm, got the Curve 8330, and noticed I did not have Storm's reception issues. Curve got excellent reception as prior dumb phones did, just about anywhere.
Now I'm getting a Tour.
All this 3G and Rev A is like latin to me.
Is there a chance that the Tour will get spotty reception like the Storm did?
Or was is perhaps just something about the Storm that caused the spotty reception (had issues with it dropping lots of calls, too.)
