hi!

i cannot receive picture messages on my curve. i can send them fine, but can't get them. i am using an at&t 8300 on the t-mobile network and wondering if there is a special configuration to allow me to receive pics. i called t-mobile and they said i needed another phone to test it, which i don't have. does anyone have any info or advice?

Try a battery pull. Take out the battery while your BB is powered on for a few seconds, then put it back in.

Ok next you can try logging into the T-Mobile BIS site and resending your service books.

Only other thing you can do is call TMO.
