Is it possible that Verizon is delaying the curve until the new 4.5 OS is out so that it can be preloaded?

I don't think so. They would just release the Curve with 4.3 and then post the software upgrade when it is available.

No I was told that it will be coming with 4.3, same as the 8130. Its coming out toward the beginning of next month. Got a friend that works for verizon and they just had a meeting on it.

The Pearl already has the new software, so it's not for that reason ... Verizon has a tendency to delay their phones from coming out as they put them through "rigorous" inspection (even though every LG they ever come out with is buggy as sh*t anyway)...

I would expect it to drop soon, with what I'm seeing and hearing on forums ... I'd say between this week (doubtful) and the middle of April .. guessing they will price it about $349 with a 2-year contract and do some kind of rebate deal.
