So last week, my 8320 started acting all weird during calls with the volume, the volume would fluctuate from half to full at about 1 second intervals, well i messed around, and i deleted the call logs, and it worked again. so today i tried calling someone, and it did it again, deleted the call logs, still nothing, battery pull, soft reset, nothing. So now i'm stuck with a basically useless device for talking. I'm running OS 4.5.0.81, its not the official t-mobile release, i got the link from CB. So is there anything else you reccomend besides upgrading to the official TMO release? I called tech support and they really couldn't help me cuz i was running an non tmo release.

Call them back and if they ask again, tell them thier version, everything is basically the same,

Open the phone and hit Menu > Options > Enhanced Audio > set to disable.

I tried the enhance call audio, nothing, still doing it.

I am on my 3rd OS upgrade and when I call T-Mobile they have never asked me what OS I'm running. Never offer any info they don't ask for.

ya just say you are running .81 they wouldn't be able to tell theirs from the one on here

I called em back and just said i was running 4.5, and she said the best thing to do is to backup and master reset, so i'll prolly take that time to put the actual tmo build on it lol
