I'm brand new here, so I'm sorry if this is a repeat thread. I couldn't find one similar.

I've had my Curve 8330 for about 3 weeks and I love it. However, about 3 or 4 times, the indicator light has turned red and it's just shut off...and will not turn back on without a battery pull...

Is this a blackberry quirk?

Mine very first curve did that also it would be at random times and poof i would restart. Take it back and get a new one.
