Hi,

Since my phone has been upgraded to OS 4.5.0.81 it seems that phone calls drop more often, for a variety of reasons. Sometimes a incoming email or SMS seem to cause the phone to drop a call.

Would a radio upgrade be a good thing? I am on a BES - will this be something I would have to convince my IT guy to do for me?

Yes, any changes to your OS/BB on BES will have to be done through your IT department.

They would probably have no clue what you are talking about though, as far as upgrading your radio. lol

Maybe you can get then to upgrade your OS at least.
