I really hope someone can help me. Two days ago, my 8300 started experiencing spotty radio functionality. Every now and then the radio would just turn off.
When I try to manage my connections and manually turn the radio on, the entire screen goes back and a red indicator light flashes. Then the hourglass appears for minutes on end, sporadically showing a blank white screen with no hourglass. Eventually, the homescreen will come up and it will "verifying security software". Once that is done, it tells me it is searching for the network. Then, it reverts back to the radio OFF position. Does anyone know what is happening?
It can't be the network because I have plenty of friends with AT&T around me and their's is working just fine.
