My PC asks me to turn the "radio" on. I know this is the cellular radio. The phone is out of contract, but I use it for apps. If I turn the radio on, will I get billed?
When you turn the radio on it can get signal from the mobile network... what is the situation of the device? do you have a contract?
For example, AT&T activates a Data plan automatically. Yu can select the radio connection to be on but the mobile internet connection to be off to avoid it from connecting the mobile internet and still use it for calls / SMS
