Hello, is there a way to scroll all the wal to the top of a page (or bottom)?

For example, on my Beejive's JiveTalk, sometimes I scroll all the way down to see whos online. Then I have to scroll ALL the way back up to see my conversdations, which takes forever.

Is there anyway to just "go to top of page"?
