I haven't found any cons but I've only had it for 2 weeks.

I have had my curve for almost a year now, I type furiously and constantly. Not a bit of wear and tear on my buttons.

However, I have dropped my precious a few too many times and now my track ball casing is a bit loose.

I have TON of applications and I do have to be good about rebooting in order to keep memory up and have it not spaz out.

Overall, I love this stupid thing and I can't believe I went so long in my life without it.

I am now awaiting (not so patiently) the Bold

No rubbing off on the keypad... and no cons really. There could be more internal memory, and technological improvements... of course. But that is why you have the Bold and Jav coming out.

And you can always get a new keypad or trackball for about 10 bucks and replace your old one if you need to

I think they rub off if you use your fingernails to type.

Nope no rubbing off - switched to an iPhone 16 gb for about 2 weeks - then sold that POS to go back to my beloved curve.
