What are the main difference between O/S version 4.5.0.3.7 and the most current version that is out right now. I have a little bit older version of the O/S and want to know if taking the time to upgrade is worth it.

For the 8310 the most current for the device is this

If you are on 4.5.0.110 or 4.5.x and have no issues I see no point in upgrading unless you are experiencing issues.

Tre, I think he's on .37 which is pretty old.

I would upgrade to the latest version. They are very stable, and probably more so than .37.
